For all custom manufacturing orders, a 30% advance payment is required to confirm the order and initiate production. The remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We will send a sample for your approval before starting bulk production. Upon receiving your approval we proceed to the next stage of the manufacturing process.
We obtain our fabric from reputable and trustworthy suppliers ensuring the highest quality materials for our products. The fabric is stored on racks within our fabric store and undergoes a thorough inspection before being transferred to the cutting department.
The next step after sourcing the fabric is to cut it into pieces based on the pattern requirements. Subsequently, the pieces are printed or embroidered according to the specifications of our clients.
The cut panels are stitched together to bring the design to fruition. Then every item undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure we maintain our reputation as a top sportswear and activewear manufacturer by meeting the highest quality standards.
Following that the items undergo pressing installation of tags and packaging in poly bags. Ultimately the items are packed in cartons and shipped using dependable delivery services.
